I am not including those 62-100 teams where there may be more problems than the pitcher himself but check out this season by Thompson I only went with him because I saw him do suprising well vs me in other leagues

I think he laid an egg lol

Hats off to you for sticking with him---I wouldn't have been able to take it  Here is Gary Gentry one of my favorite 69 pitchers in a not so great season....Although how many times does a guy with a 3.80 era lose 21 games??

1969-Fryman goes 5-21 for a team on which the other three starters all won 19. He only survives due to the fact he lost his first ten starts and I thought he had a chance to lose 30 games.

That's the chance you take, with a guy like Thomson.

Were you expecting a 20 win season from him? Granted his #'s were terrible and he should have done a bit better.

You get what you pay for most of the time...I like his card and have used him a few times in 2006. He generally can keep your team in the ballgame MOST of the time.

Pedro is 6-10 after 75 games, on pace for 21 losses, which is 2nd most in the league with the 2nd [b:70137c5910]BEST[/b:70137c5910] ERA and actually OVERPERFORMING otherwise allowing only 104 hits in 151 IP with 132 K's.... 2.55 ERA and 0.91 WHIP and he's 6-10!!! Damn run support and underperforming hitters, I mean come on I only have Tony "6 Homey" Clark!
