roster limits

i currently have 25 players on my team, 11 pitchers and 14 hitters. on my team home page it says i have room for 3 more players. what is this about? i thought 25 was the limit. and also is 11 too few pitchers for petco?

28 is the max, 24 is the min.

10 pitchers min, 13 hitters min.

12 pitchers max, 16 hitters max (not completely sure on the max hitters)

So yes you can get 3 more player, AFTER the draft. The draft card is 25 exactly.

You can also drop down to 24 and use that extra money to make a starting players into a better one ;)

If you have a decent starting staff, you should not need more than 10 pitchers in Petco. I currently have the required 10 pitchers on my Petco team, but I am actually only using nine since all of my starters have asterisks and can pitch on three games rest.
