Is my pitching that bad because of these 3 playing the field?

They've faced two thirds lefties who are killing them, their weak side.
Burnett's doing fine with the lefties of course, and must be one sided lefties because doesn't seem to be bothering Davis.

Your outfield D is weak, but from your splits Garland may not be the best fit--Smoltz's numbers will improve, but here's a case where a trade of smoltz/garland for guys who are lefty slanted may be a good idea.

Never a good idea to have 4+ range in the OF, especially 2. Their ops against will be pretty high.

I posted the best record in a Tour league with an OF of Floyd, Griffey & Sheffield, which is a little better than yours. I like to push the envelope, but can't bring myself to play two fours, even with a two in CF. Throw in the e14, two e8's and a +2 arm in Cf, weak fielding at the corner IF positions and behind the plate and I think you will have problems. You have carried "cheating" on defense at the corner positions to a point where I think you lose more than you gain.

After playing in F/F leagues for over 20 years, But only starting this league recently. My opinion might not matter much.

However I have found from many years of playing no less than a 2 in center with a decent arm makes up for the lack of hitting at the plate. I even have went for the lesser hitting 1's, 2 star singles and doubles eat you alive they dink you to death.

I guess put it this way do you want to lose 10 to 9 or win 3 to 2?

It is alot more difficult to play this way than F/F anyway. I could start a 3 if I had to against say a lefty like the ones your talking and in the 4th after I was up 2 or more runs pull him for my 1's. Used Darren Lewis there for a few years and Lance Johnson. :?
