All Even team...

Just curious if anybody has tried this theme for a team. I went with as many quality hitters and pitchers who are even to both lefty and righties. Then I went with one of the most even ballparks in Skydome. I've got two or three players that arn't e's because I don't want to totally waste a team. Let me know what you guys think. Oh, and I have Harriston playing 2nd and Uribe playing third. When harriston goes down Uribe can play 2nd and Youkalis plays third. Very few lefties that are E's... missed on huff.

I haven't tried it, but it looks like your lineup will be more than fairly productive. You're going to have to do a bit of mixing and matching with your rotation to get the best results based on the team visiting your home park, but I'm sure you've thought of that. Five *'s gives you a lot of flexibility. A little concerned about your bullpen stamina, with those three R1's, but with a themed team I guess I might be getting a little picky. Good luck.

The one guy that I'm agonizing over is Carlos Lee... his card seems ok for my park but in my division he's going ot suffer. Wish I could get huff...

Just remember that you play half of your games in your park, so his production there is vastly more important than on the road in your division. How many inter-division games do we play every season? I've never taken the time to count.

I think we play the teams in our division for 8 series during the season, obviously 4 home and 4 away.
week by week series played vs division teams:
1st. Play each team twice
2nd. No divisional play
3rd Play each team once
4th No divisional play
5th Play each team once
6th Play only one team once
7th Play each team twice
8th Play 2 teams twice and 1 team once (the one you played vs in wk 6)
