I was just lamenting about HAL's replacement choices yesterday. Griffey gets hurt. I have a 3e5 CF playing LF and a 3e5 CF playing RF in the game. I also have other OF's available to play LF or RF. HAL inserts Russell Branyan (no CF on the card) as a 5eMax in CF. Not only did I get killed on defense but HAL put him in the game vs Dontrelle Willis (Branyan cant touch a LH offensively as a L9R). Very amazing.

Yes, same for me.

I had Griffey go down and he Put Yadier Molina in CF and Linden (cf2) as my DH ?????

Why not Molina as DH and Linden in CF.......Boggles the mind

And since we are talking about the same person being injured in several different leagues, I would like to expand on the theory.

There was a thread a while back talking about this theory.

It was talked about in length, and I didn't follow it all the way through, but I wonder if this idea was broached:

Does Hal play one game (rolls one game of dice and apply the roll for all leagues with that batter)

1st roll 2/7.....then applies that to the 1st batter in each game/league

So if alot of people had Ensberg batting 3rd and the 3rd roll happened to be an injury roll for him.....everyone batting him 3rd would have him injured??????
