Well, this is a new one. JD Drew goes down for a couple games, nothing strange there. So HAL looks at my bench where there is Marlon Anderson and Bubba Crosby, both rf. He chooses Laird my back-up catcher. I know Laird actually does have a RF 5 rating. This is a PetCo defensive team with 4 number 1's 3 number 2,s. Laird is RH hitter with lefty pitcher. Oh well. I guess I have to go back and add Drew to my manager's strategy. I just added Drew and forgot to list defensive replacement.
