Help with this mediocre team please!!

I just can't seem to get out of a general slump with this team. It's not as if I am too far behind but I just seem to be playing .500 or just under the past few series and can't climb the table. A couple of weeks ago I was only hitting .220 team ave and this has obviously increased but my results haven't really. Here are my line ups, any advice would be appreciated.

Moreno is SU for Kolb as Closer. Presently Moreno has twice as many innings pitched as Kolb. Should I keep settings as they are or put Kolb as both SU and Close?

To start, I'd dump Sierra and then you'd have 1.67M with which to pick up a replacement. It isn't clear who your DH is in those lineups, but if you're playing Sierra in the field you're crazy. If he is your DH, you'll have greater flexibility in terms of his replacement. I wouldn't be happy with a .78 guy locked into my starting lineup both ways...

Sierra is DH. No way would I play him in the field. I originally had him as pinch hitter but had to lose my DH as I did a bad draft and needed a few changes. I kept Sierra as he has quite good BP both ways and OK chances vs both sides. I agree I could do better though. Just not sure who to go for or what type of player.

Well, see if Ken Harvey (R1R) is there for 1.66M - he'd be better for sure. B.J. Upton (R4L) at 1.65 if you're shy of Harvey's 2 injury chance. Is Terrence Long (L3R) still around?
