How long do relievers have to sit after emergency starting?

Last night I had to start a reliever because my fifth starter was injured. So the AI picked Brad Lidge to start, and he responded with a complete game! Unfortunately, the game before went extra innings and Lidge was unavailable to pitch in that game, which I eventually lost. And I had a save situation in the first game of the series and the AI brought in Otsuka to get the save instead of Lidge, since he was my designated starter, I suppose. The question I have now is, how long is Lidge out of action after his complete game? I guess the start was one way to get some use out of him since the AI had only pitched him 8.1 innings in my first 15 games.

Rule 27.61: "A (relief) pitcher used as a starter in his last outing must rest the number of days indicated in the Super Advanced Starting Pitcher Rest Chart before his next appearance..."

4 days rest.

Thanks for looking that up. That would explain why he was not used last night in two save situations. Fortunately, I was able to convert both of them (with Matt Miller and Nate Field, for crying out loud!). I would have been PO'd if they had blown the save.
