Picher's that start and relieve?

How do you set these picher's to come in for relief and when they do come in to relieve how many day's rest do they need before they can start? Do they fatigue early from this? Thanks

If the pitcher isn't in your starting rotation, they will be available to relieve. They should be fine to start a game, as long as they did not relieve the day before the start. (If you do set your per-game rotation, it will avoid using the pitcher who is scheduled to start the next game. If you set the "general" rotation, any pitcher in that rotation will never relieve unless every other available reliever is used up.)
