In defense of HAL

In defense of HAL

I believe HAL, given enough choices, will do an admirable job of managing a bullpen and offer one of my 2007 teams results as proof. Comments, opinions and critique welcome. Check out games 10, 11,17,20,21,24,28,30,34,37,38,41,42,44,46
