Best kind of Ballpark to play in?

Interesting thread on the ATG site about this question, which I will ask here. Which ballparks/park do you find the most success in building a playoff/championship winning team? Pitcher, hitter or neutral park? What is the minimum ratio of salary on pitching and hitting to be successful? (This last question I think is at least partially answered in the "Secret Formula" thread from a while back).

Any advice out there?
