Lieberthal is injured in the top of the 1st inning. Check out all the moves that were made before the bottom of the 1st inning. :shock: What is up with that? Sure a new catcher was needed but what is with all the other moves? I don't know the settings as the team with all the changes was my opponent last night but I can't imagine any settings that would make all those changes even before that team takes the field for the first time.

I'm guessing the injury to Lieberthal kicked in a substitution routine in the programming. That code couldn't change the lineup since the game had already started but it did change positions.

Swapping Utley (2b-3e19 1b-3e24) and Cairo (2b-4e8 1b-3e15) and moving Utly back to 2nd was a good move and how you should have had it from the beginning.

Langerhans (lf-2(-1)e2 cf-3e2 rf-2e2) and Winn (rf-2(+1)e4 cf-3e4 lf-2e4)
switched positions. Not sure why Winn would move to RF since Langerhans has a better are and lower e-rating.

Bernie has acknowledged that some of the enhancements he created needed some tweaking. Have you posted this in the Questions/Suggestions Forum?
