backups erased?

This is not the first time it's happened to me. I checked on my lineups and all my backups are gone??? The First couple times this happened I thought maybe I just forgot to set them but I know for sure I didn't this last time. Has anybody else had this problem???

IT should be fixed if this is problem.

Yeah, I had it once before. There was a post/apology at that time. Something I think with resetting the system.
