Posting a link to a team?

I've forgotten how to include a link to a team in a message - could someone remind me? Thanks....

1. Go to your leagues statistics page
2. Click on your team
3. Copy and paste the resultant URL here

The URL will have [i:7806489cfe]user_id=(number)[/i:7806489cfe] at the end.
