The pitching is a big problem as it is, IMO.
I don't like all the money you have in the pen....I think you should invest some of that in another starting pitcher. He doesn't have to be great, but the two .50 guys you are planning on using will get killed. Plus, I don't like mixing 2 * SP with 3 non * starters, especially with 2 of the 3 being terrible. You can get get two more * sp for that park pretty cheap. (you might even consider moyer depending on the other parks and lefties in your division, or padilla depending on righties and the other parks. ethier of them would be much better as a 4th *sp than what you have going on now) Jennings is avail and would be a decent sp fro your park. I like Willis and Cook.
As for the pen, get one lights out guy, nathan for example, and have him set to set up and close, both sides. Then try to add a street, or soriano. I like sherrill against lefties, but then dump the others and try to pick up a gaudin or hernandez type, and a looper type for long relief. You just don't need all that $$ in the pen....I've won 3 championships in hitters parks with that type of set up. in fact I usually have one stud, and then all the others are under 1.
As for the offense...just me, but if I could have Vlad, I would!
Not sure who you're using for dh but C. Lee is avail and would kill there, so would escobar although he'll miss some games due to injury. Paulino at C would save you some cash and would put up great numbers in that park. (he's my hitters park C everytime unless I spend more and go with Ross who is twice as much but would DESTROY the ball in your park! You could also save $$$ buy swaping Tejada for Young and I've found that young's numbers are just as good in that park, but he is a 3 vs Miguel's 2. although he has more errors.
Just things to consider....
