its better but u need a better bullpen, i would drop green (dont replace him) and spend the extra million that gives you to upgrade your pen..maybe even replace Crede with a cheap option at 3B and use that money too...I think Ensberg or Glaus would be fine 3B defense is not as key and you are solid on D everywhere else you could take the hit...

A few needs still:

1. With only 2 LH SP's in your division, Teixiera may suffer a bit. All hitters parks, lessens the pain a bit, but still probably not your best option.
2. You still need a top of the lineup hitter to put some bodies on the basepaths for your boppers.
3. Pudge not the best option here either with the lack of LH's in your division. It's doubtful your 3 divisional opponents have a running strategy in their plans anyways.
4. Bullpen needs some upgrading. I still think Clemens is tying up needed cash for other areas, and I know I am the lone wolf here, but while you MAY get some studly stats, here's some samplings (good and bad) of Clemens performances in leagues I've been in. I tossed in a mixture of hitters, pitchers and neutral parks. In your park and division, I'd expect Clemens to perform more in the line of the Yankee or Coors teams. Personally, I'd want more out of a $6 player who I would only use 33 times during the course of the season. Of course, if I made the playoffs, I'd sure regret NOT having him on my team  Also, keeping Clemens has forced you to spend another $2 on another pitcher, which you wouldn't have to do if you secured a 4th *SP. So, in reality, you're spending $8 on the luxury of having Clemens.

10 11 0 0 147.0 134 53 51 39 115 15 3.12 1.18 4R (Busch)
14 9 0 0 231.0 241 127 114 83 229 22 4.44 1.40 4R (Coors)
5 11 0 0 155.0 147 90 74 61 141 20 4.30 1.34 4R (Busch)
10 8 0 0 169.2 137 72 70 65 142 21 3.71 1.19 4R (RFK)
12 5 0 0 175.2 171 91 83 68 163 20 4.25 1.36 4R (Yankee)
13 12 0 0 218.0 198 101 96 73 197 31 3.96 1.24 4R (Kauffman)

Ok, the are plusses on your team as well:

1. Beltran should absolutely rock here. Lots of RH's and parks in the division make him an incredible weapon.
2. Manny, if you can get 145 games out of him will put up some great numbers.
3. Your middle D (2nd, SS, and CF) is nice.

Overall, I think the team can compete as is. If I were to tweak, I would prioritize as follows:
1. Top of the lineup help
2. Middle relief
