Not many obvious SP options (for US Cell), but of those listed, I'd consider Gorzelany and Hensley first because of fewer bphr, then Hendrickson, Hamels and Olsen, depending on how your division deals with left handed pitching. Harden would be OK, but has quite a few bphr for that money, and you're paying a premium for his lack of bp singles, which doesn't help you in the Cell. For relief, I'd look at Ramirez, Torres, and Corriea.

D. Cabrera is ideal for The Cell....very limited power off the card and no BP dingers.....just walks...no advancing runners.
