I need some Pitching advice

This is my team. Halladay should turn around <Fingers crossed> but I definitely need someone else for the stretch run. I am playing in Turner, which slants slightly for my righty hitters and could help Zambrano if I pick him up. In order to do that, I would have to sacrifice Carlos Lee and my #4 Capuano.

Does anyone have any advice on the best move to make right now? I need arms, but don't know what the best way to do it is.

I noticed that my team is way too stacked with righty arms- But pretty balanced as far as L vs. R power. Odd- But it hasn't seemed to matter too much yet
