Annoying advertising

Is there anyone out there as annoyed as I am looking at all this extra advertising? Strat-o-matic never used to be like this. If I see that radio shack ad come up one more time...... Everytime you go to a new page the radio shack ad opens up yet again. I pay $25 a team to look at this??? My teams are now on auto-pilot. Sorry.

It is annoying. That said, if the ad revenue $ is re- invested , to some extent, in Strat to better the product, I'll put up with it.

However, I will avoid shopping at Radio Shack for a while.............

I admit it is annoying, however if that is how they are able to throw us a bone sometimes, I am all for it! Free 1986 seasons !!!!

I shop at radio schwag all the time. And if they are going to advertise with SOM and ,"The Sporting News" then I will continue to shop there!

I was going to start a thread about how annoying it is.

I was trying to set up my draft list and it took forever having to wait 5 seconds for the March Madness/Radio Shack advertisement. Very annoying.

The only ad I see is at the top banner on the home team page. Hadn't noticed it until mentioned on this thread. Are you getting pop-ups? If so, change your browser to Firefox and install some add-ons and you'll be pop-up free.

I don't mind advertisements on this site but not ones that delay every page from opening in some of the games.

I have seen a banner ad, but it hasn't interfered with anything I do or been slow to load in IE. Are the folks having problems using dialup? Tin cans and string?

It now takes forever for pages to load on my computer, and no, I'm not using dialup. :roll:
