Ballpark Homeruns

I am not exactly sure how to read the card. There are some homeruns that have the ballpark symbol next to them, but also have splits. Do you go by the ballpark rating or the numbers given in the splits. Could someone explain exactly how that is read?

When you see the BPHR symbol #, or the BP singles symbol >, you ignore any results after that on the player card and simply refer to the ratings for the home ballpark you are playing at to determine the result. You have to train yourself to only see the # or > on player cards without taking note of the results on the card after those symbols which are meaningless in this online game.
