Ballparks

Ok what some good ballparks, based on your experiences for either of the following:

1) HR's
2) Singles or any hit other than HR
3) Pitcher's

My team is horrible right now and I know why. However, I can't improve on it and I want another shot. I am just wondering if it is easier to design a team around pitching or hitting?!?!

Personally, I think that it's easier to build a winner in a moderate pitcher's park. You may not want to go radical like Petco--but I think that you can fare well in a moderate park like Montreal, or the Metrodome with a balanced attack. I like the righty friendly parks like SBC annd Wrigley also. I've also had some success in Shea where I think that you can build a good pitching staff on the cheap, if you prefer lefties.
