One thing to remember about arm strength at the corners is that it's more important in RF than in LF. Runners get a bonus to their speed rating going from 1st to 3rd when the RF arm comes into question, and the get a subtraction going from 1st to 3rd when the LF arm comes into question. I think it's 2 in each case, but I'd have to look it up to be sure. Range is pretty important though, when a corner outfielder can't get to a ball you see a lot of doubles and even some triples. Those problems are compounded further is the guy has a high error rating. I tend to favor range, I'd take a 2(+1) RF over a 4(-3) RF in most cases. I'd like to see the math though. Maybe somebody will post a link with some quantitative evidence...
