Advice for a 1st time player in the BOB?

Team just cleared waivers, and I've made several moves after that. The way the numbers worked out, looks like I'll be using Pedro Feliz as my DH - not ideal but he doesn't seem THAT bad.

I also have 5 *SPs, but I'm looking to Dontrelle and Maroth to essentially work as a platoon every 4th start, depending on whether I'll be facing a lot of lefthanded batters or not when their turn comes up. And having them both be *SPs means if I need to start one of them twice in a row I will be able to do so. I do have some concern over my bullpen depth...may need to swap one of my cheapie R1s for an R2?

I've got Burroughs and Alfonzo in a platoon at 3B also. And here's a question - I can start Wilkerson in LF instead of Hideki, and therefore have improved D there. I would then DH Hideki and start Feliz at 1B. But then Wilkerson's 1B D of 2e8 will be replaced by Feliz's 3e14. Is that worse than exchanging Hideki's LF D of 3(0)e7 for Wilkerson's 2(-3)e7? Curious what thoughts y'all might have.

Of course I do not know the hits allowed, but I have Hideki in Shea..... 3 errors after 138 games. In another Shea he has the same number of errors after 75. Since the hits are worse in the outfield on bad defense, I would put Pedro at first, Matzui in DH and Brad in left.

Just my thoughts.

Well, both Hideki and Wilkerson have the same e7 rating, Wilkerson's just got better range and a better arm. I just am not sure how the numbers crunch as far as defensive chances at 1B and LF compare, and whether the seemingly more drastic change between Feliz and Wilkerson at 1B compared to the LF defensive change does recommend against the move or not...
