HAL plays musical chairs with my OF

I am finding the same thing routinely as follows:

Victorino from CF to RF
Hopper from LF to CF
Rayburn from RF to LF

I went as far to to list Victorino, Hopper and Rayburn as defensive replacements in CF, LF and RF, respectively and it continues to happen.

This happens A LOT, and it is completely inexplicable. I've tried different combinations of manager's preferences and so on, but HAL still switches the LF and RF in the middle of the game for no reason. Fortunately, the odds are very slim that the switch will have a material effect on the game's results -- I've seen it dozens and dozens of times, and at most once or twice it has affected an OF(x) play or a throw [edit:] which in turn affects whether I or the opponent wins. (i.e., a lot of different circumstances are necessary for the game to be decided by a late game switch between two corner outfielders.)

Still, it's a dumb glitch and it's annoying.
