Pinch Hitting?

My team doesn't seem to pinch hit very often. I have guys designated to pinch hit, but they rarely see any AB's.
How can I get them to pinch hit more often?

If you have a player in your lineup that has a weak side to his card check the box for avoid that type/hand of pitcher that should lead to more PH hitting for you.
