Using CD ROM game to test strategy for upcoming games

Does anyone use the CD ROM game to test strategy for upcoming SOM online games. I do this when I can but it's a bit tedious to create rosters for 12 teams. I was wondering if there's a better way.

just do it for your division. you play them the most and you can get a good feel for you team and how they perform against them. way less time consuming too. 8-)

I do some but it is definitely tedious. I usually try and do it for keeper leagues.
