5-pack

5-pack

Postby george barnard » Wed Apr 15, 2009 2:28 pm

I know I'm going to ask a question that is really basic and silly (the relatively few number of stars next to my name should forgive me though, I hope). I bought a 5-pack through the 2005 season (really the 2004 season -- who came up with that?), used one credit for the 2005 season, leaving me with 4 credits. I had assumed that I could use the credits anywhere from 2001 to 2006(2005). Is this assumption true? Or do I have to play only the 2005 (2004) season? If I can use them for any of the five seasons how do I go about doing it? When I tried to access a 2006 (2005) league, SOM wanted me to buy a season or a pack. I sent mails to "contact us", but so far (36 hours) no one has "contacted me". I even sent a mail to Bernie (that may have been too much ...).

Can someone help? Anyone want to play 2006 (2005)?

Thanks!

you can only use them for the game you bought them for. You can email som off the help page and ask them to move the credit to another 12.50 game. They normally will do it.

we have a league that needs 3 more in the 2005 season cards for 2004.

Thanks for the info. I'll try to get off my mail to som earlier. (BTW how long does it usually take to get an answer, because I'm still waiting for an answer to my request 2 days ago  )

That said, it seems that the system could be slightly more user-friendly with a kind of checklist ("I want to play 2001 [ ] 2002 [ ] 2003 [ ] etc") rather than send an email everytime. From what I've seen on the forum there are a bunch of IT guys out there. Perhaps you could negotiate say 50 credits (or more  ) for some programming upgrades.
