How Is My Roster?

You have enough power hitters to pick a HR park. In fact you have a lot of HR hitting guys who are not great in the outfield with the leather. That means it may be best for you to pick a HR park. And pitchers like Santana, Hudson, and Reyes do not have many ballpark homers.
One more thing(again), some people like to bad mouth Ian Kinsler and his lack luster glove, but he is a hitting machine. He will rake for you. Just try to get a decent late inning defensive replacement for him and maybe a couple of those outfielders. Remember with no salary cap, you want to take advantage of EVERY possible roster spot.

Would you trade Wright/Kinsler/Geary for Longoria/Utley/Carlson?

It seems like a pretty good trade. The lefty reliever could be a concern. Not sure the exchange of relievers is needed in the trade. Utley solidifies the IF defense and you lose no offense, which makes playing a "4" in RF/LF a little more palatable. Wright looks like he could mash in a HR park, but Langoria is no slouch and you have Branyon/Lowell on the bench to back up Langoria. I would do it.
