Starting a 1999 franchise theme league.. we only need 1 more manager, the last available unclaimed franchises are the Reds and the A's (I started the league so I will take whichever team is left). See the details on the link below.

you get the Reds or the A's (2cityfan will take the other) PLUS you get selected free agents....come on in and fill up the league.
