24 team leagues-new credits available-7 for 24 teams-better!

Champion gets 3. Finalist gets 2. The other 2 division winners get 1 each. Total reward credits per season is 7, or .293 per team entered.

The reward structure is actually BETTER for 24 team leagues than 12 team leagues, on a per player basis, since 12 team leagues get only 3, or just .250 per team entered.

.043 on a batting average makes a big difference! So the rewards are pretty good for 24 team leagues! :)

Playoffs should be expanded for 24 team lgs, period...plus extra credit$ :!:

I love a good debate - I can't figure out why they would have taken your posts down!

I hear you about the playoffs. Maybe BernieH and his team can come up with some more options for 24 team leagues - or even other sized leagues.

The 24 team format they have is identical (for what it's worth) to the major leagues in the early 70's, before the Blue Jays joined MLB. I like it because that's when I first started really following baseball. But it sure isn't the only possible option!

Anyway, thanks for the comments. I sure don't mind a good debate, and you make some good points!

Its ironic b/c I had just read how to improve one's "community" score & 1 way was to participate more on the forums (Im not on here regularly) & 2nd, its the "quality" of your posts.

Maybe I was lacking in quality if I dared question the new 24 team leagues. So if I understand correctly there are four, 6-team divisions, correct?

So its now 50% harder to win a div title & advance to playoffs & all theyve done is increase the # of credit$ :!: to all playoff teams (STILL only 4).

I vote for an [u:dac4938858][b:dac4938858]EXPANDED[/b:dac4938858][/u:dac4938858] playoff system & unlike "RMilter" I will not stage a boycott.
