I'm guessing that it's this:

There are 30 MLB teams and 12 SOM managers. Each manager drafts two complete teams (usually done through serpentine drafting order determined by state lottos) and either the hitting or pitching of a third team.

Just an additional note:

I don't think that many folks are interested in playing the 2008 season with the 2009 season set to debut in a month or two. Good luck filling the league, though.

AeroDave is correct. The new cards are usually out just before the start of the real baseball season. So there is plenty of time and I'm just trying to gage interest.

Drop the 1/2 just do 2 team theme...we still have a full month or more be4 debut of '09 cards.

A '99 private 2 team theme lg filled recently & has started w/ exc results.
