Need Help interpreting Boxscore The Sequel

In the following situation :

*** TOP OF INNING 6 ***
0 R.Martinez 4-7 Walk b-1
0 1 D.Jackson 1-5 Double (CF) 1-3 b-2
0 23 E.Sprague 4-3 Sac Fly & Error - RF 3-H 2-H b-2 fly(RF)x

Ed Sprague hits a Sac Fly to RF, there is an error and 2 runs score. This much I understand. I am confussed about the 'b-2' portion of the play. It was my understanding that in order for the Sac Fly to be official the out had to be made.

Is this correct or can a Sac Fly be made AND the batter still safely get on base? I checked the chart and it does not seem to metion anything about a Sac Fly.

Sure, the batter gets credit for a Sac Fly if the ball is dropped, but is deep enough for the runner to score.

I'm sure that's what happened here.
