Who's my outfield?

I've joined my first league and was handed a pretty good team. No DH, and I'm stumped on my outfield. With DH I'd have it covered, but without some pretty good talent will end up on the bench. What would some of the vets do, please?

Angel Pagan LF CF RF
Nelson Cruz LF RF
Manny Ramirez LF
Shane Victorino CF
Andre Ethier RF

Isn't Pagan's card too good to sit, I'm thinking now to sit Manny and Victorino, maybe have Shane play vs. LHP? Cruz/Pagan/Ethier?

You will need to let the vets know your ballpark (most important) and the other ballparks in your league.

It would also be nice to know if there is a salary cap or not. I am assuming not, otherwise you will want to drop the players who are not going to start and use that money elsewhere. What about a trade to strengthen another area? One more thing; CF is a position where you want a fielder who is a 1 or a 2. This would be deemed very important by most Strat vets. I don't know that I have EVER used a 3 or a 4 in CF. Try to post a link to your team, or at least share more information. Good luck and have fun.
