Live draft order shuffling fixed

Just a heads up for those who like to participate in live drafts: it was brought to my attention that there has been a problem with the random shuffling of the draft order when a live draft league is filled. I checked, confirmed that there was a problem, and fixed it.

My thanks and apologies to the live draft die-hards for raising the issue.
