Greetings all,

We've got an ATG5 league started and 4 guys backed out on me at the
last minute saying they're too busy with work right now and I've been told
this is how to fill it out so we can finally get it going. It's a $100M league
using the DH rule, the standard skill level and the ususal weighted
waivers (95/90/80).
