An R1 becomes fatigued immediately upon giving up a hit or walk in a closing situation while a pitcher with a "C" rating does not become fatigued until giving up a hit or walk after the number of outs referenced in his "C" rating has occurred. C3 = three outs, etc. I think this is correct unless the R1 is automatically fatigued in a closing situation regardless of giving up a hit or walk. Fatigue = S** for all pitcher card rolls with the little symbol. If not exactly correct, that is the gist of it.
