In my opinion, starting a lf-4 (and a rf-4 for that matter) is a very bad idea. At least, Sheff has some offensive stats to put on the boards, but Everett? Especially if you hit him down the line-up. A rule of thumb is to always prefer defense over offense for players down the line-up, because they come to bat less often while they are as important as the lead-off defensively. Also, I don't like Figgins at USCell. Third base is a position where you can have cheap power. So I would probably drop Figgins and use the money to get a thirdbaseman with some pop and a playable lf (3 or better) ideally with some pop as well. If you stick with Figgins, then I would use Mabry/Byrnes over Everett/Byrnes easily.
As for the lineup, I prefer Young leading off, at least in home games. I like a leadoff that has some pop. I would use Clark between Ortiz and Griffey to counter a lefty specialist. So:
vs rhp
Young
Ortiz
Clark
Griffey
Sheff
Posada
Giles
Mabry
Figgins
vs lhp
Giles
Ortiz
Sheff
Griffey
Clark
Posada
Young
Figgins
Byrnes
