Question about #'s

Question about #'s

Postby Adidaspete » Tue Feb 01, 2011 6:48 pm

Question for you guys. On hitters or pitchers cards, when a roll is prefaced by the #, according to the "How to Read a Strato Card", an additional roll against the ballpark value determines the HR.
ex.
#8- HR 1-8
fly(rf)B 9-20

My question is then, to what extent does the actual play that is listed on the card play, in this example the HR 1-8 and fly(rf) 9-20, if the roll will always be put up against the BP rating anyway? Is it superfluous in the online game and reserved for the actual card game or am I missing something? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Pete,

#8- HR 1-8
fly(rf)B 9-20

If that comes up ignore the reading that is showing and it just goes to the ballpark that you are playing in. Another 20 sided die is rolled and its out come is based only on the ballpark that you are playing in.
