2010 variation in BP Singles < ?

Postby artie4121 » Wed Mar 09, 2011 1:37 pm

Is there a thread or does anyone have a handy list (it should be brief, I would imagine) of those players (pitchers and hitters) in the 2010 set with a variation in BP Singles from the standard 5 chances?

I thought the SOM rating download would have it, but it doesn't seem to have a column for it. :(

Thanks in advance.

It doesn't have a specific column for it. You can make one, though. If you read the "readme" file, it says:

[quote:b1f1a4e22e]BP = Ballpark homerun chances (a "w" indicates weak power with no ballpark homer chances; an "*" indicates the player has no ballpark single chances - all players without an "*" have five single chances.[/quote:b1f1a4e22e]

You can use a formula in Excel to identify the * and put either a 0 or 5 in the new ballpark singles column you create. Function you probably want to use if I remember right is search.

Probably "Search and Replace." Excel Rocks.

Thank you as well.
