Is Breslow overrated?

I drafted Breslow thinking he would be a good lefty in the bullpen since he has a low whip (1.10), but he's been horrible. I noticed on his card he gives up 2 Hr's to lefty's. Anybody else have any results with him?

Haven't used him but he definitely need to be in a low-HR park.
