Should this offense be this bad?? 2010

So more than halfway into the season and I am second to last in runs scored. I play in Angel Stadium and there is a Petco, Target and Rangers Ballpark in my division. This is a no DH league.

If I had to do it over I would redraft this team and hope for better dice rolls.
