Rangers Fan that Fell

Rangers Fan that Fell

This story has struck me hard. For a fan to be at the game with his 6 yr old son and fall to his death when a ball is tossed to him, is just so sad. The little boy saw his Father fall to his death. And how does Josh Hamilton feel, and all the other players of course. Whatever your beliefs are please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers.

what's strange is he died of a heart attack in the ambulance not from falling on his head?

He definitely died from injuries sustained in the 20 foot fall onto concrete. He was still conscience as he left the park for the Hosp., even saying someone take care of my son, someone take care of my son.

This was so tragic. I think MLB needs to look at how players toss balls into the stands, but I'm not sure just what specifically needs to be regulated.

We're gonna see nets soon or a chain link fence.

In looking at the pictures of what he fell into it appears that unfortunately the space between the stands and the scoreboard was so narrow that he couldn't adjust his body on the way down to land anyway but head first.
