Randomizing divisions

I don't know if this has been brought up on here but I think it would be a good idea if when a league gets filled that the divisions randomize. It would stop managers from joining divisions based on the skill of the other managers. Strategy shouldn't factor into when you join a league.

This would create havoc in theme leagues where you have assigned divisions.

Great idea. You could make your theme leagues password protected private leagues while punlc leagues would randomize.

I'm a big randomizing fan when it comes to Divisional distribution.

Assuming noone is cherry picking their division and joining randomly, isn't there already a high degree of randomness in the divisions?
