Android 2.2 and Strat

Can anybody get this to work properly? I have not purchased any Android product (smartphone or tablet), but it appears anything Android 2.2 does not handle the frames (where you scroll at all your teams historically.)

I have a droid w/2.2 and I have no problem looking at my teams and the forums. The only issue I have is with the drop and drag lineups. I just switch to the old lineup control and its fine. The game replays work fine too. Everything else is easy.
