just curious about this..

Would it be worth getting 2-3 8-9 million + guys to strengthen the top of your rotation/lineup at the expense at the No. 3-5 SP or the 6-9 hitters, or would a well rounded team usually get you more wins?

Not something that im looking to do at this point, im just wondering about how that stuff works

3 might be eating too much cash...but that strategy can work really well if you round out your staff with quality low salary guys.
