Site access, Sun. morning 1/22/12 (update, Mon.)

[i:5c4851dfde]Update, Mon. 1/23:[/i:5c4851dfde] Site access was spotty for about half an hour somewhere between 12pm and 1pm ET today (Monday), due to residual effects from yesterday's network issues care of ACBJ. It looks like we're ok now, but please let me know if you see any further problems.

It looks like we're out of the woods (I'm still checking up on things), but if you've been trying to access the site today, you know that things were down for at least a few hours this morning. From what I know, Sporting News' parent company, American City Business Journals, was having issues with their network.

Sorry about the inconvenience. For what it's worth, our hosting situation is due for a COMPLETE overhaul with the site rebuild in just a few months. I mean, there will be NO trace of SOM Online on any part of any of the current server setup left over. I, for one, can't wait.
