I'd worry about your park before you confront the homer happy part of the league. Posting a link to your team may make it easier for evaluation.

Quick thought is that I'd look for some more values for your park. You have some really solid hitters and some gaping holes in the lineup -- more than that, it's hard to see the philosophy you're going for.
