I left this out of the original posts. I have ran accross more than 1 person that would join our league if they could access the site from work. The reasons are they don't have a home computer or their life situation doesnt provide them enough free time to run a team when they are outside of work.

I think fairly easy way around this is to create an option to email or SMS text the game results directly to email address or a mobile device.

Then add a simple mobile app to adjust lineups and pitchers for tomorrows games. This is probably where most people would want this.

It's 2012, people look at stuff like this at work, and work intrudes on people at home all the time. Balance my friends...
