How was Bourjos thrown out?

Marmol is a +6 and I assume that Polanco is a +5. Bourjos is a 18-15. it makes no sense. thanks to anybody that has a explanation.

If the runner is not held, then 20 isn't necessarily out. (Obviously, not the case here; the runner was certainly held.)

Also, the maximum plus or minus from the pitcher and catcher combined is five. In this case, it would be +5. However, as seer pointed out, 20 is always an out (when runner is held).
