what about bonafacio? he's 20-1.on track for ~ 60-3 but probably more like 45-5. teams have to be a lot more aware of him.

I do not remember any card ever having running rating higher than 1-17.
Have seen some steal ratings higher.

Fastest to first I ever seen is Trout. Saw him in futures game couple years ago beat a routine ball right at SS by a couple steps.

Saw him in a Ranger game do the same thing on a routine grounder to Elvis. Apparently he missed the scouting report and did not charge the ball.

Gentry is close second. Only seen him caught once and several times safe in spite of opponent pitching out.
